Delight 2L Round Casserole/Dutch Oven

Delight is the result of an intense development by the engineering team at Emile Henry to create a highly evolved ceramic that would work on induction cooktops as well as the oven and microwave.

Guarded about the proprietary formula used, this was a pet project of Emile Henry's current sixth generation owner Jean-Baptiste.

The collection is light weight but highly reactive on an induction surface, heating quickly and distributing heat evenly during the cooking process. Once hot it sears and browns ns exceptionally well.

• The lightweight Casserole lends itself well to a quick sauté on the cooktop followed by a long slow cook in the oven.

• The even heat distribution throughout the ceramic is ideal for enhancing the flavours while simmering, very gently, without burning

• The dimples on the underside of the lids concentrate the evaporated juices, which fall back onto the ingredients in tiny droplets, ensuring your food remains moist and full of flavour

• Suitable to use on gas, electric and induction cooktops and gas and electric ovens
